Christopher Feeley

Managing Partner

Over his 30 + year career in commercial and multifamily real estate, Mr. Feeley has acquired, managed, underwritten, developed, invested in, or was the lender on more than $7 billion of commercial and multifamily properties primarily located along the East Coast and Southwestern US.

Mr. Feeley has returned to his position as Managing Partner and Principal of MultiVersity Housing Partners (“MVHP”). Prior to his return to MVHP, Mr. Feeley was the President and Partner of Campus First Student Living. While leading Campus First for 3 years, Mr. Feeley completed 7 student acquisitions with a total capitalized value of $300 million. Mr. Feeley also secured 2 third party management assignments for the Company. He was responsible for numerous initiatives, and grew the Property Management and Asset Management Divisions of Campus First. This included the hiring of corporate and on-site property staff. Prior to Campus First, Mr. Feeley was the Managing Partner and Principal of MVHP for 7 years, acquiring over $1 billion of multifamily real estate. In addition, Mr. Feeley has held positions with such prestigious institutions as Legg Mason Real Estate (now NorthMarq Capital), GE Capital Real Estate, USF&G Real Estate, Bank of America (formerly MNB/ASB Banks), and PaineWebber Mortgage Finance.

Mr. Feeley also has prior experience as a legislative Assistant for the US Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs (for Senator William Roth of Delaware), and the Governor of the State of Delaware (Gov. Michael Castle). Mr. Feeley is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the Pension Real Estate Associations (“PREA”).

Anthony Magnelli

Principal, Asset Management and Operations

Over his 15 year career in multifamily property management, Mr. Magnelli has been responsible for overseeing over $750 million in multifamily assets (both student housing and market rate apartments). Mr. Magnelli spent 4 years as Sr. Regional of a National Student Housing Company. Mr. Magnelli oversaw asset and property management for 7 student housing properties located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. These properties have a total asset value of $400 million. In addition, Mr. Magnelli supervised and managed the renovation of most of these properties. Average occupancy of his property portfolio was 98%+, delinquency at an average of under 1.4% and NO 1 ranked at the top of the overall portfolio.  During his time at the company, Mr. Magnelli received numerous awards recognizing his contributions.

Prior to his position at Campus First Student Living as VP of Student Housing Mr. Magnelli was Principal and VP of Asset Management at MultiVersity Housing Partners.   During that time he closely oversaw all aspects of a Student Housing Portfolio while also working on Acquisitions and Business Development.

Mr. Magnelli has extensive expertise in budgeting, due diligence/acquisitions, training, revenue management, renovation management and operations oversight. Mr. Magnelli most recently worked acquisitions, business development and provided close Asset Management for the entire Campus First student housing portfolio. Mr. Magnelli has assisted in underwriting, closing and securing equity for over $400 Million in acquisitions from 2016 thru 2018 and helped secure the student housing divisions third party business during his time with the company.  Mr. Magnelli was instrumental in building the Campus First brand and assembling an A+ team during his time with the company.  He also implemented many new company wide initiatives that played a key part in the portfolio reaching 94% occupancy with 3.5% rent growth.

Bryanna Xander

SVP Operations and Leasing

Over her 7 + year career in student housing and property management, Bryanna has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and operations in many student housing markets across the nation. With recent companies Bryanna has implemented many new platforms while building out operations for an entire property management portfolio. While overseeing leasing and operations efforts at previous companies, she quickly climbed the ladder and was recognized as a rising star in the industry.  In her current role with MVHP, as SVP of Leasing and Operations, Bryanna is responsible for implementing innovative and industry leading initiatives. Bryanna is building out a best in class operations team that will make MVHP the recognized leader in property management. With MVHP’s commitment to be the “boutique” option in student housing and property management, she has proven to be the perfect fit.  Her outside the box thinking and take-charge approach has the MVHP portfolio at the top of our respective markets. Bryanna graduated with a BS from Slippery Rock University (PA).

Kevin Bell

Director of Facilities and Construction

Over his 10 year + career in Student Housing, Kevin has successfully held various positions that include Senior Service Manager, Regional Service Director and Project Manager.  In Kevin’s new role as Director of Facilities and Construction he is responsible for overseeing the portfolios preventative maintenance program, property turnover, daily maintenance operations, and all capital improvements of all owned and managed assets.  Kevin is also responsible for the hiring, training and oversight of our on-site Service departments.  Kevin plays a vital role in all due diligence projects and site takeovers.

Charles Brace

Corporate Graphic Design and Marketing

Throughout his career in student housing, Charles has gained a variety of experience in a collection of locations. He has Implemented and successfully executed various large scale on property events, as well as overseeing property leasing operations. Charles has created resident content, promotions, and advertisements aimed at current and prospect residents.

In his current role of Corporate Graphic Designer and Marketing, Charles envisions, designs, and promotes personally created content for the collection of MVHP properties. Charles adheres to the mission of MVHP to become the recognized leader in its targeted markets for property management services.
